Welcome to Brite Supply. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or creating a wholesale account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Wholesale accounts

Brite Supply products are sold exclusively to professional installers and businesses. By creating an account, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business. We reserve the right to request proof of business registration, contractor licensing, or resale certificates at any time.

Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on our site are wholesale prices in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes. Pricing is subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ACH bank transfers for orders over $500. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless net-30 terms have been arranged in writing.

Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - including product images, descriptions, logos, and documentation - is the property of Brite Nites LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Brite Supply provides products for professional use. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, shipping and billing addresses, and payment information.

We also collect browsing data through cookies, including pages visited, products viewed, and time spent on our site.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, communicate about your account or purchases, send product updates and promotions (with your consent), improve our website and product offerings, and prevent fraud.

Third-party services

We share information only as necessary to operate our business. This includes our payment processor (Shopify Payments), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight partners), email marketing platform, and analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to remember your login, keep items in your cart, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly without them.

Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Millcreek, Utah to addresses across the continental United States.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

During peak season (August through October), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days due to volume.

Shipping methods and rates

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days) are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Freight and large orders

Orders exceeding 150 lbs or containing oversized items (light structures, bulk strand packages) ship via freight carrier. Freight quotes are provided during checkout or by contacting our team directly. A valid commercial address with dock access is preferred for freight deliveries.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard under Order History.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at info@BriteNites.com. Do not discard the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit at no additional cost. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Contact us if you need to arrange special shipping to these locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@BriteNites.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll issue an RMA number and return instructions within one business day.

Condition requirements

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products that have been installed, modified, cut, or show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

If you need a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This gets the right product to you faster than waiting for an exchange to process.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned: custom or made-to-order items, clearance and final-sale products, items without an RMA number, and products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund - your choice.
